  • Is the ceremony included in the Silver package?
    We include the highlights of your ceremony in your highlight video when you book the silver package, but if you want a full video of your ceremony, you likely will want the Gold package.
  • When is payment due?
    When we send you your video, which is about four weeks after your wedding.
  • Do you guys have a payment plan?
    We can arrange payments in whatever time increments you prefer, as long as it is paid by the time we send you your finished video.
  • What if I want DVDs?
    No biggie! We can always work with you on adjusting the packages to fit your needs!
  • What questions do you ask during a wedding interview?
    The interview is nothing to be worried about! We don't record your face, so cry as much as you'd like, we ask simple questions about how, when, and where you first met and what you thought about each other. It's really just a fun conversation!
  • How much is the deposit?
    Since we don't require a deposit, you may pay as much or little as you'd like. If you want $100 off your remaining balance, you can pay $500 in the first two weeks after booking!
  • What all is included in the Raw footage?
    Every single thing we film as soon as we start recording at sunrise. That is footage from four cameras, a GoPro, and a drone!
  • Do I have to feed the videographers?
    No, but it is greatly appreciated since our work day can get up to 16 hours.
  • What if I'm getting ready at a different location than my wedding?
    No worries! We will follow you anywhere to film. We're here to help you!
  • How long will it take to edit my wedding video?
    Our average turn around time for a wedding video is 4 weeks.
  • How quickly can you edit?
    Depending on your project, editing time can take between 3-4 weeks. If you need it sooner, we can always do some editing magic and get it done faster.
  • Can I just get the raw footage?
    Absolutely!
  • Can you shoot at multiple locations?
    Yes, just keep in mind your total price may increase due to travel.
  • Can you film recruitment videos and edit a reel for my child?
    Yes! If you would like to see an example email us.
  • Can you edit a video using footage we already have?
    Absolutely!
